With a lot of passion, respect and love for Eressos and Lesvos we created in 2021 "Lithos Villas" for all those who seek during their vacation the comfort of their home in a perfectly neat, warm, natural and friendly environment where simplicity meets luxury.
The 6 villas, traditionally built with the best materials and furnished with very careful and delicate taste are divided into 3 units of the two houses. The villas serve your every need as they are fully equipped to offer you ideal accommodation conditions.
The Villas are located in the green plain of Eressos and is only 400m from the beautiful village of Skala Eressos.
Environmentally friendly
The unit has zero ecological footprint due to the fact that cooling and heating is achieved with heat pumps and electricity is generated by private photovoltaics.
The domestic hot water is heated by solar water heaters.
The area
Skala Eressos is one of the most important resorts of Lesvos. It is located at a distance of four kilometers from the village of Eressos and is connected with it through the main green road with mulberries, plane trees and figs that crosses the beautiful plain of Eressos.
The organized beach stretches for about three kilometers and has repeatedly won the European Blue Flag Award along which you can find restaurants and beach bars overlooking the sea and the magnificent sunset.
